SIR faced the challenge of scaling their US-based development team, which was already at full capacity, to deliver a crucial project without hiring permanent staff. To address this, SIR’s extension team collaborated closely with their in-house tech lead and the US-based developers, coordinating efficiently across multiple time zones and languages using tools like Slack and Jira. This approach ensured a streamlined product development process. Additionally, to facilitate smooth adoption of their new property management platform, comprehensive training and a detailed user manual were provided. By embracing effective communication and leveraging suitable tools, SIR successfully navigated geographic and cultural complexities, delivering a scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solution.
