Additionally, we created an online community hub for young women looking to improve their lives in various important areas. We effectively communicated that no matter what your aspirations are, The Break is there to support you on your journey.

Dishoom is a physical restaurant chain. When lockdowns required them to shut down, they had to quickly transform their business model to maintain revenue. They needed to develop an online ordering system, a task that typically takes months to design, validate, test, and implement. With little time available, we had to honor our WeAgile commitment to expedite the process. Here’s what we did and what we accomplished:

By employing a lean startup methodology, these organizers support the dissemination of ideas through TEDx events globally. Each event faces the fundamental challenge of increasing awareness, generating excitement around the concepts, and securing funding by converting audiences into attendees. Our approach involved a fully integrated campaign that combined targeted marketing aimed at specific audiences, using validated digital products to facilitate ticket sales and community engagement, while conveying an emotional narrative about the event's purpose and offering clear information.
