Kilmarnock Football Club

With a history of over 150 years, Kilmarnock Football Club enjoys a dedicated fan base that supports them both in person and online. Although their previous website served its purpose, it no longer offered the experience fans desired or effectively showcased the club's success. Kilmarnock FC sought a new website that would seamlessly integrate live match data and provide a dynamic hub of information for over 50,000 monthly users. Collaborating with See Saw Creative, we accepted the challenge of designing a site that excelled in both aesthetics and functionality. We approached their challenges with a data-driven strategy. Through user testing, analytics, and heatmap analysis, we created strategic wireframes and user journeys that efficiently presented fans with the information they were seeking in an engaging manner. The design was kept straightforward yet impactful, with distinct sub-brands established for the Academy and Hospitality sectors to cater to their diverse audiences. Given the frequent updates to squad and club information, it was crucial for pages to be easy to edit, so a clean and functional design was prioritized in the end product. “The new website is both robust and innovative, which is vital due to the high traffic we see. The team worked hard to truly understand our fans' perspectives, resulting in a site that exceeded our expectations. Our latest project, Imagine Justice, challenged us to create a customized microsite for an American organization with a worldwide presence. Collaborating with the skilled team at See Saw Creative for digital design, we partnered with Imagine Justice to strategize and develop the microsite within a tight timeframe to meet strict deadlines. Founded by the acclaimed artist Common, who has won Academy, Emmy, and Grammy awards, Imagine Justice is a pioneering organization advocating for criminal justice reform in the U.S. Despite the tight schedule, we successfully delivered the microsite ahead of expectations. The result was a seamless and effective mini-project that surpassed client goals. Lacking substantial data to guide our strategy, we worked closely with the client to create a dynamic and engaging final product while addressing all sensitive topics with the necessary gravity. We are currently collaborating with Imagine Justice to implement a more comprehensive digital solution that will enhance the user experience related to the IJ mission. Encompass Corporation needed a redesign of their existing website, as it no longer met the needs of their expanding global business. Collaborating with the design team at See Saw Creative, we embarked on a strategic digital project to gain a comprehensive understanding of their industry, offerings, and users. Our primary goal was to enhance the structure of their current website, resulting in a new digital platform that facilitates users’ navigation through the Encompass site, enabling them to find relevant information quickly and efficiently. We developed custom page designs that delivered a fresh, bold aesthetic, helping Encompass to outshine its competitors online. The new site catered to a global user base, who provided positive feedback that has persisted from the launch to the present. Since the website's launch, we've maintained a regular partnership with Encompass, offering monthly support through our We Shape Digital Partnership. To manage the numerous tasks, we employ task management software that permits job-ticket creation, updates, and approvals, all of which are accessible to Encompass, fostering transparency and communication at every stage.
