Our founder, Matt, worked with Nike from 2001 to 2012, overseeing global campaigns, athlete-led product launches, and immersive events that intertwined sports and culture. He established internal communications that linked thousands around the globe—aligning teams from design to retail—and turned product launches into cultural phenomena with lasting significance. During his ten years there, Matt collaborated across different categories and continents, merging Nike's innovations with engaging narratives to create both emotional connections and quantifiable outcomes. He was instrumental in developing launch experiences that flowed effortlessly from stadiums to streets and from social media to large-scale global events. Every element—campaign imagery, retail setups, packaging, and internal guides—was designed to embody the same precision and ambition that characterize the brand. Since then, Nike has partnered with Watson, enabling us to leverage this insider expertise in external campaigns, retail experiences, and digital storytelling. We have assisted with prominent athlete activations, targeted product launches, internal culture-building events, and brand toolkits aimed at empowering regional teams for confident execution. We collaborated closely to establish both the master brand and its individual product lines, encapsulating the core attributes of Dos Caras—genuine heritage, contemporary sophistication, and a striking character that would attract attention both on the shelf and in bars. Our team developed the brand’s visual and verbal identity, covering everything from logo design and packaging to brand guidelines and product narratives. Each component was crafted to not only exude a premium quality but also to convey a compelling story. We extended the brand into a fully responsive website designed for optimal storytelling and sales, ensuring the digital experience reflected the product's elegance. On the marketing side, we created and implemented a multi-channel strategy that included digital advertising, collaborations with influencers, and product placements. We introduced Dos Caras to influential figures—such as chefs, bartenders, and lifestyle influencers—whose genuine endorsements expanded the brand’s reach into desirable markets.
