How to advertise real estate business
I have a strong interest in the real estate sector, and I always break down the business from both a marketing and a buyer's perspective. When preparing to launch an advertisement and before finalizing a contract with the client, I examined the website and discussed the monthly results with the ROP. Over the past 30 days, we spent $2200 and initiated 28 ad campaigns on Facebook. The objectives of these campaigns were to drive traffic to the website, start conversations in Messenger, and gather leads through a Facebook lead form. We generated 157 leads and initiated 195 chats in Messenger.
What actions did we take? We evaluated the website to ensure it contained all necessary information, including a capture form and developer details. We also checked the site's loading speed, phone clickability, call tracking, and proposed improvements. While we collected keyword data for advertising on Google Ads, we recognized that this platform is more competitive, leading to higher costs per application. However, it didn't make sense to disregard Google as a marketing avenue for real estate.
We adjusted our Facebook ad campaigns, tested the site's conversion rates alongside the lead form campaign, and decided to proceed with the latter while halting campaigns focused on traffic and initial subscriptions. We implemented remarketing strategies and targeted lookalike audiences.
Results from the first month showed we spent $3200 and generated 490 leads. We crafted completely new campaigns for distinct audiences, targeting:
- An installment offer
- Real estate investments across Ukraine
- Young families
- Remarketing to users who visited the site or opened the lead form but did not complete it
- A specific campaign targeting the developer's database.
