We were tasked with developing the branding for four establishments in the Food and Beverage area of the Raffles Europejski Hotel Warsaw: The Longbar, The Humidor, The Europejski Grill, and Lourse Patisserie Warsaw. For Lourse, our objective was clear: to design a distinctive brand that evoked a sense of tradition and luxury, while paying tribute to the original Lourse patisserie that operated nearly a century earlier. Our goal was to impart a Tiffany's-like ambiance to both the venue and the packaging of its delightful confections.

Argentinian chef Martin Gimenez Castro, recognized from the inaugural season of Top Chef and his refined culinary style from Salto, requested our assistance in developing an engaging design concept for his new establishment, Ceviche Bar. His brief was straightforward: he aimed to convey his Latin heritage in an elegant manner that reflected the blend of diverse Latin cultures, similar to how he crafts his ceviche dishes. Much like combining ingredients to form unique flavors, the graphic components for Ceviche were inspired by the logo and adapted across various materials to create fresh elements.
