OUR STORY
WAAI Design offers a comprehensive three-day innovation program tailored to organizations aiming to cultivate impactful innovations. Beginning with in-depth stakeholder interviews to understand unique challenges, the program immerses participants in design thinking, emphasizing empathy and beneficiary needs to inspire ideation. Sessions explore staging innovation as a transformative tool, prototyping for iterative testing, and business model innovation to ensure value creation. The course culminates by fostering skills to secure internal support and craft compelling pitches, essential for innovation success. Guided by experts like Jan Van Caneghem and Sarah Boone, the program equips teams to initiate robust innovation projects, blending strategy, research, and storytelling to drive meaningful organizational change.
