About the Team
OUR STORY
Lakewood Social House, formerly known as Vrtrum, began as a modest pop-up shop aimed at showcasing local makers and entrepreneurs. It has since transformed into a dynamic community hub at Belmar, where shopping meets connection and gathering. The company is dedicated to supporting small businesses by featuring vendors who collectively share their stories, fostering genuine community ties rather than mere transactions, and celebrating the unique spirit of Lakewood. Each product offered reflects the passion of local artisans, reinforcing the city's distinct character. Whether visitors come to shop, hold meetings, or simply engage, Lakewood Social House prioritizes community, creating a welcoming space that nurtures local relationships and pride.
