With our online video focus groups, you can establish real-time interviews by selecting relevant parameters such as date, time, duration, language, target market, audience, time zone, incentives, and methodology. Participants can interact via video conference with automatic detection of speakers, allowing up to 20 consumers in one focus group. Our platform provides WebRTC-based ultra HD video conferencing, offering resilient connections and enabling multiple full HD participants in real-time without the need for additional plugins. Our digital whiteboard includes various drawing tools, LaTeX math equations, shape and symbol drawing, snapshot saving, and document sharing across multiple tabs. Screen sharing is easy with an intuitive HTML5-based system in HD, allowing moderators to switch between screens effortlessly. Session recordings are handled server-side using HTML5, eliminating the need for extra software or browser plugins, with instant downloads available. For real-time translation, a separate audio channel can be enabled for simultaneous interpretation, allowing users to listen to the interview in any language. Consumers can be admitted from the waiting room one at a time, providing extra security and the chance to recruit backup participants. As part of the onboarding process, all users must complete a tech check to assess their hardware and bandwidth capabilities.
