SafetyWing

The SafetyWing affiliate program was initiated by our CEO in 2018 and is still active today, experiencing consistent month-over-month growth. We have successfully developed, managed, and scaled the program. Currently, we continue to provide consulting services for SafetyWing in the areas of affiliate and influencer marketing, as well as managing their B2B partnerships. **GOAL:** Expand through affiliate influencer marketing and drive sales to achieve annual revenue growth objectives. **KPIs:** Significant month-on-month growth since its inception, with 20% growth in 2019, 15% in 2020, 10% in 2021, and ongoing. **RESULTS:** All KPIs have been met; the program is now generating $350k in sales each month, with continued growth. **BENEFITS:** An abundance of high-quality user-generated content, robust support for SEO, and recognition as a reputable brand among industry peers.

Affiliate Program Creation & Management

Click and Grow

**OVERVIEW** In May 2021, we initiated Click and Grow's affiliate program, operating it until February 2024. We tackled the challenge of creating and expanding a comprehensive in-house program that could manage five Shopify stores from a single dashboard. Every component of the program was developed from the ground up, including the affiliate platform setup, bonus structure, targeting strategy, a branded landing page, marketing materials, an automated onboarding system, and the establishment of a partner community. **GOAL** Establish a successful new revenue stream and enhance brand visibility in five geographic regions. **KPIs** Within the first two months, we onboarded 122 active influencers and created a consistent monthly influx of high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, and YouTube videos. We achieved $20,000 in sales during the initial six months and welcomed over 200 affiliates. Since its inception, the program has seen rapid growth, attracting numerous significant publishers and sponsorship opportunities that have helped us triple our monthly sales. In 2023, the annual sales revenue increased by 187%, rising to $350,000 from $187,000 in 2022. **RESULTS** The program showed early positive outcomes and impressive growth, generating $350,000 in affiliate sales revenue from over 800 partners in 2023. **BENEFITS** We gained high-quality user-generated content, numerous leads, and newsletter subscribers through partner giveaways. We have successfully cultivated a large and influential network of enthusiastic brand ambassadors.

Amazon Influencer Affiliate Summer Campaign

Kokido

OVERVIEW: Kokido, a worldwide brand specializing in pool maintenance, collaborated with Vivian Agency to increase sales on Amazon during the summer months. To distinguish the brand without resorting to significant discounts, we initiated influencer-driven Amazon Creator Connections campaigns featuring live demonstrations and tutorials, all monitored through Amazon attribution. This campaign demonstrated that Amazon Creator Connections can serve as a powerful growth mechanism for eCommerce brands.
