Our virtual reality (VR) training leverages immersive technology to create a highly realistic aircraft setting, all without the need for AvGas. Through VR simulation, we can effectively teach both the technical skills necessary for equipment operation and the clinical skills required for its use, while also incorporating aspects of crisis resource management. The ability to analyze data on performance metrics and learning outcomes provides valuable feedback for both learners and instructors, which can enhance future training designs. Additionally, VR training is designed to allow remote access and offers flexible options, including multiplayer scenarios.
