The EZ Treat: All Your Dog Treat Carriers in One

Tails Designs

Introducing a one-handed dog treat dispenser that incorporates many of the top features from existing options, ensuring a perfect serving of treats every time! The Background While visiting the dog park each evening with his pet, Felix noticed various treat containers being used, including plastic bags, tupperware, and cinch bags. These were typically carried along with waste bags in a fanny pack or backpack. However, he found that plastic bags often tore, tupperware could spill, and cinch bags let sneaky dogs help themselves to treats. This made him think there had to be a better solution. Our goal was to create a comprehensive product that included all the necessary features for an active day at the dog park—multifunctional, user-friendly, easy to fill and clean, and reliable every time. After evaluating all the needs, we discovered that they could be addressed either with a single complex product or two simpler ones. Ultimately, we opted for two complementary products: the EZ Treat dispenser and the Light Walk Bag. The EZ Treat is designed for easy use and cleaning, compatible with nearly any type of dog treat. Meanwhile, the Light Walk Bag conveniently holds the EZ Treat, dog waste bags, and any other essentials you need.

Monday Keyboards is dedicated to offering a customizable and ergonomic typing experience for enthusiastic desktop users. Its split ortholinear design promotes a comfortable typing posture and supports natural finger movement. With additional thumb keys, users can enjoy enhanced functionality through fully customizable key layering. The Story Humam and Henry, both avid computer users, valued personalization in their setups and believed that anything used for long periods should be efficient and tailored to their preferences. This inspired them to develop the Monday Keyboard, a project aimed at providing themselves and their friends with an ergonomic, highly customizable keyboard. While several ergonomic keyboards exist, the challenge lay in striking a balance—creating a design that is not overly complex and difficult to use while still offering the advantages of ergonomic features. The Monday Keyboard's split layout addresses desk hunch and employs an orthonormal key arrangement that aligns with natural finger movements. The accompanying key mapping software enables users to personalize keys and rotary encoders, offering over 10 key layers that maintain the same functionality while minimizing keyboard size and reducing hand movement.

The Hotti Dog Leash is a high-quality heated leash designed for walking dogs in Canadian winters. Initially, Matt approached Ventrify with a prototype for a different product, but after thorough analysis, he chose to change direction. After extensive brainstorming, we came up with the idea for a heated dog leash, leading to the creation of the Hotti Dog Leash. Ventrify's challenge was to merge an already luxurious dog leash with heating features, ensuring it remained compact, lightweight, and stylish. The original design underwent significant revisions to address space limitations. A functional and visually appealing prototype has been developed, and the product is now in the crowdfunding phase to validate market potential and gauge production demands.
