**Approach** How did we go about the project? The client outlined their challenges. We formed a team that included our CEO, CTO, and Product Owner, who proposed technological solutions. Together, we crafted a plan that included several activities and their timeline, most of which we opted to execute. Key components involved working on the 3D Configurator, starting with a Project Brief that outlined goals, expectations, client characteristics, personas, user stories, mockups, and a competitive analysis. During the initial weeks, we concentrated on implementing a Proof of Concept that validated the chosen technology for the Configurator, confirming its scalability and performance. An active approach was vital for both us and the project, as we coordinated efforts among partners, including designers, Shopify developers, and the team responsible for creating 3D models. **Results** What were our accomplishments? We developed a configurator that allows customers to visualize products in real-time without needing to visit a showroom. It enhanced the understanding of how the sofa is assembled and its versatility. Customer support began utilizing the tool even before its official launch. The 3D Configurator addresses potential customers' concerns by showcasing the ideal configuration in the chosen fabric and color, options that were previously limited due to the constraints of photographing various sofa configurations. The system is designed to be future-proof and adaptable, making it easy to incorporate new products and fabrics. Following the launch of the new Shopify website and the 3D Configurator, the conversion rate doubled.

Technical excellence propelled this Swiss startup to dominate the DACH region market with an innovative reservation management system that enhances guest experiences and fosters client success daily. What challenges did the client encounter? Outcomes of our technical and business efforts began in 2015, after the prototype was developed, where we concentrated on quickly implementing significant changes based on feedback from restaurants testing the product. Meteor’s responsiveness enabled us to establish a seamless experience for staff, as all inputs were immediately visible in the application. From the outset, we utilized the Scrumban methodology for the project, incorporating a fast-track approach and prompt responses to feature requests. Over the years, integrating with external systems has been crucial in achieving important business goals for aleno, such as improving client outreach and expanding services beyond Switzerland. In over seven years of collaboration between aleno and Vazco, the dedication of the entire team behind the prototype has helped aleno emerge as the industry leader across the DACH region.

MaestroQA is contemporary quality assurance software designed to assist customer experience teams in understanding and delivering exceptional customer experiences, regardless of project size. The client reached out to us because MaestroQA requested ongoing audits and consultations for the project. In the first audit, we examined three key issues: what our journey entailed. The audit conducted by Vazco led to several findings, which helped us reach an agreement with the client on the tasks necessary to enhance crucial elements of the project. Our second, more in-depth review aimed at identifying optimizations to accelerate the application. The audit concluded by validating a second set of tasks to be addressed. After implementing these, we achieved noticeable performance improvements. Following the initial audit, we and the client decided to maintain regular project assessments, where we serve as consultants to support the original team.
