Scope of CRM Adaptation: The client depends on a vital CRM system to oversee their wireless operations. Being part of a larger communication group necessitated modifications to the extensive CRM platform to accommodate new business expansion goals, which include Satellite TV, ISP, and home phone services. As part of this transition, the CRM software needed to support marketing campaigns and regionalization efforts. Customer Migration: The client required the migration of a substantial corporate customer database to the new CRM, impacting each business segment. This process involved SAP implementation and the use of open cloud data centers.
