To achieve this, we started by developing user flows and wireframes for the entire interface, which we then broke down into individual components. We conducted usability tests on each component separately. After ensuring that the components were effective, we created interactive prototypes to evaluate the overall design. Ultimately, we produced several variations of the user interface, including options for color-blind and visually impaired users. Based on these insights, we crafted user stories to highlight features from the users’ perspective. The design team then produced multiple high-fidelity prototypes, employing rapid prototyping to quickly test various solutions without needing to finalize the product. Once the design phase was finished, we carried out usability testing on the final outputs before moving on to development.
