Nubilaria UI design strategy

Nubilaria

Nubilaria interfaces handle intricate data for meaningful applications. Variant took on the responsibility of developing a new design system for the company. We crafted a user interface that emphasizes usability for a diverse array of users, from professional operators to casual users. Our approach involved merging an attractive design with exceptional usability. To achieve this, we started by developing user flows and wireframes for the entire interface, which we then broke down into individual components. We conducted usability tests on each component separately. After ensuring that the components were effective, we created interactive prototypes to evaluate the overall design. Ultimately, we produced several variations of the user interface, including options for color-blind and visually impaired users. The client emphasized, "We need to accommodate a wide range of scenarios. Our users aren't tech-savvy; they require a straightforward interface, or they will have significant difficulties."

Stocco sass UX design

Stocco

The company was experiencing a drop in engagement and customer satisfaction on their online platforms and sought to enhance the shopping experience for their clientele. We collaborated with the company to grasp the needs and motivations of their target audience, leveraging this understanding to create a new user interface that more effectively addressed their customers' requirements. Our approach, rooted in design thinking—a problem-solving methodology centered on the user experience—allowed us to assist Stocco in integrating this strategy into their business model. As a result of this consulting partnership, Stocco experienced a notable boost in customer satisfaction. The enhanced user experience also fostered greater brand loyalty and cultivated a positive reputation within the industry. Consequently, the company was able to attract new customers while retaining existing ones, ultimately resulting in improved overall business performance.

VELUX Academy

VELUX

Variant undertook the responsibility of developing VELUX Academy, an online platform for VELUX professionals that offers both complimentary and paid content. The entire platform was created in just 12 weeks. We carried out user interviews and utilized design sprints to accelerate the development process. To better understand users and their needs related to VELUX products, Variant performed user-centered market research. Based on these insights, we crafted user stories to highlight features from the users’ perspective. The design team then produced multiple high-fidelity prototypes, employing rapid prototyping to quickly test various solutions without needing to finalize the product. Once the design phase was finished, we carried out usability testing on the final outputs before moving on to development. The client stated, "The purpose of VELUX Academy is to educate our professional users. Our top priority is to foster engagement throughout the customer journey."
