The application facilitates one-click online purchases with an ability to defer payment. Since it doesn't link to any bank accounts, the process is more secure. Its advanced risk assessment engine, Nikita, utilizes unconventional data sources and machine learning for credit evaluations, analyzing over 400 data points per transaction within milliseconds. Currently, Twisto operates in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Romania, boasting 1 million app users and partnerships with over 2,000 online stores in the Czech Republic and Poland. The Twisto app experienced a remarkable launch in the Czech Republic. To uphold its position as a payments innovator, Twisto collaborated with Vacuumlabs to enhance vital customer experiences. Our partnership began with two Vacuumlabs engineers focusing on a list of key features, and expanded to a 12-person engineering team integrating with Twisto's teams. Our collaboration led to a significant improvement in customer registration efficiency. Throughout our partnership, we’ve assisted Twisto in automating crucial processes and incorporating a variety of tools and payment options. We continue to work together with Twisto, aiding in the integration of additional third-party systems and improving the return process functionality. A global concern needs a global technical solution

Doconomy

Our support and collaboration enabled Swedish fintech company Doconomy to develop a technological product for international markets: the 2030 Calculator. Doconomy recognized the importance of conveying its carbon impact message beyond Sweden, leading it to team up with Vacuumlabs to accomplish this goal. By addressing a significant technical hurdle, Vacuumlabs assisted Doconomy in making an essential initial stride toward helping users decrease their carbon footprints while simultaneously enhancing global recognition of Doconomy’s mission. Building a user-friendly banking app in 8 months

Vacuumlabs, in collaboration with the Galgal team, developed a new banking application aimed at assisting young people in India with their financial management. Our partnership with Galgal began from the idea's inception and extended through to the complete development process. In 2017, Harsh Chhatrapati, the founder and CEO of Galgal, envisioned a fintech solution while studying finance at Imperial College Business School in London, where he observed the financial challenges faced by younger individuals. His goal was to enable young people in India to save more effectively. By 2021, Chhatrapati had identified the target audience, allowing him to tailor the solution to meet future clients' needs. He discovered that individuals aged 18 to 25 wanted to manage their budget, savings, and investments but lacked the knowledge to do so consistently. Following this, Galgal partnered with Vacuumlabs to bring the banking solution to life. Chhatrapati stated, “Vacuumlabs’ impressive track record with many successful fintech solutions made me confident in choosing them as a partner.” Together, along with Arun Iyer, the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Galgal, they defined each feature of the new solution and tested them with potential users. This collaborative effort resulted in a three-month design sprint with Vacuumlabs and TinkerLabs, a Mumbai-based agency specializing in design thinking and behavioral science.
