Workiom: Business Management Software

Workiom

Workiom is a SaaS project that presents a comprehensive cloud platform designed to digitize various types of businesses, featuring an extensive array of tools, templates, and readily available applications. It facilitates the creation of an ideal workspace for diverse business processes. The challenge arose when the client approached us with the need to revamp their existing product, which faced usability issues and garnered poor customer feedback, resulting in a low customer satisfaction rate. Customers frequently opted for competitors. To address this, we decided to completely overhaul the product experience by employing essential research methods and user experience (UX) strategies. We integrated user feedback, business requirements, and technical capabilities to deliver a significantly improved UX/UI redesign. The results were impressive: prior to the redesign, the customer satisfaction rate (CSAT) was approximately 2.9, which was quite low. Following the launch of the new desktop application design, the CSAT soared to 4.8 as we effectively addressed all user pain points with the new design. Teledoc: Telemedicine Web Application

Teledoc

Teledoc is a telemedicine platform designed for the Central European market, available via web and mobile applications. It offers private healthcare access through video consultations, prescription services, and management of health records. The app includes two primary functions: an immediate connection to a general practitioner for urgent issues, and the ability to schedule consultations with specific specialists using advanced filters. Users can also manage their appointments, medical documents, and visit reports within the app. For the app's visual design, the objective was to create a warm and trustworthy aesthetic that is easy to read and navigate, particularly for older users, who make up approximately 30% of the audience. We incorporated expressive design elements and appealing graphics, along with a virtual assistant to guide users through key scenarios. As a result, user adoption surged from 5,000 last year to over 59,000 following the introduction of the redesigned apps.
