Our goal with CryptoStation was to develop a user-friendly and engaging cryptocurrency trading platform that not only streamlines transactions but also motivates users to utilize uninvested cash balances for earning interest. Our business aims focused on boosting user engagement and facilitating asset purchases on the platform while improving the overall trading experience. Enhancing the user experience (UX) of a digital product involves various tasks that collectively improve user satisfaction, usability, and product success, such as Usability Testing, Heuristic Evaluation, UX Audits, Competitor Analysis, and User Research. During the Ideation phase, we embarked on a creative process to define the future of CryptoStation's trading platform. With an emphasis on user-centered design, this phase involved collaborative efforts to refine the platform’s information architecture, outline user journeys, and develop interactive prototypes. By embracing innovation and design thinking, we aimed to enhance the user experience, ensuring that each interaction with CryptoStation's platform was intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable.

HGV Booking Portal Redesign

Our main goals for the HGV project were to resolve the previously mentioned user experience challenges and enhance the overall usability of both the website and mobile app. We focused on improving the login process, increasing accessibility to offers, and simplifying the user journey. Moreover, we aimed to provide better guidance and support for users. Our strategy involved a thorough approach to address the identified issues, which included developing a Site Map, Journey Maps, Personas, conducting a Competitor Analysis, and reviewing Google Analytics data. The creative transformation of the HGV platform consisted of four essential elements: Information Architecture, User Flow, Wireframes, and Prototype. Through various testing and observation phases, we assessed the effectiveness of the design enhancements and confirmed their positive impact on user experience. This iterative method ensured that the final design solutions aligned with the needs and expectations of our target users, resulting in a more effective and user-focused product.

MyKitchenware Corporate Portal Redesign

MyKitchenware set out to enhance its online presence, aiming to create an engaging platform for B2B opportunities. The main goal was to simplify website navigation, making it easy to access essential company information. Establishing smooth international connections and delivering a user-friendly experience were key objectives, supporting the company’s mission to build valuable partnerships and broaden its global reach. To update MyKitchenware's corporate website, a detailed strategy was implemented that included a Heuristic Evaluation, UX Audit, Competitor Analysis, Site Map creation, and Accessibility Review. Each of these elements was crucial in enhancing the user experience.
