The Broad is a leading contemporary art museum established by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad on Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles. Urban Insight and The Broad revamped the visual and user experience to captivate visitors right away with The Broad's exceptional collection of postwar and contemporary art. Understanding that many visitors first interact with the museum through mobile devices, we tailored the experience for mobile users. Various workflow tools empower The Broad team to swiftly update all facets of the website, allowing for the prompt publication of news, events, and details about new exhibitions.

Japanese American National Museum

The Japanese American National Museum (JANM) is the largest museum in the U.S. focused on the experiences of Japanese Americans. Urban Insight undertook a thorough redesign of the museum's website, created a fresh brand identity, established a modern website platform, and integrated a new online collections system.
