The Challenge: Create a product for Data Scientists that enhances their workflow, enabling them to significantly test, execute, and analyze a greater volume of data and models, ultimately providing more actionable insights for themselves and their clients. Summary: Led the design of a startup product at BCG aimed at data scientists, particularly those working as consultants at BCG, to greatly improve and standardize their workflows. Managed the UX and UI design as well as the rollout of new features, which led to increased user engagement and more efficient case handling. Collaborating closely with the head of product, we established organized and regular research practices to identify and evaluate roadmap features, and developed quarterly plans for the product's epics. Results: The new features resulted in thousands of additional daily executions, supported government and other high-profile initiatives, and ultimately led to the acquisition of Source.AI by DataRobot.

**The Challenge**: Develop a product tailored for an enthusiastic Discord community that facilitates the sharing of trade ideas and helps users identify valuable analysts to follow. The ultimate goal is to enhance trading skills and increase profitability. **Summary**: Led product design for a startup that established a strong Discord community where members exchange trade ideas and discuss market trends. Our product enables users to easily connect with the right individuals and receive the best trade alerts. We designed an intuitive and straightforward app that is easy to navigate, effectively conveys essential information, and offers users the chance to delve deeper into specific users, stock tickers, or trade concepts. Additionally, we created a dedicated space for content sharing and developed educational incentives aimed at supporting community members.

**The Challenge**: Develop a product aimed at facilitating career advancement and overall personal growth. **Summary**: I served as the Lead Designer, which involved significant engagement with various aspects of the business, including branding, logo design, website creation, marketing, sales materials, and primarily product design and research. I played a key role in refining initial concepts into more defined functionalities, progressing from low to high fidelity designs. Collaborating with the team, I helped implement the first version of the product, crafting its core functionalities and user flows while also contributing to the feature roadmap and priorities. Additionally, I conducted user research, gathered feedback, provided support, and performed analysis. I was instrumental in establishing the fundamental elements of the product across all touchpoints. I designed the core design language and systems, which included user experiences and flows. We staged the rollout to gradually improve user engagement in beneficial ways. Ultimately, we aimed to integrate AI to offer direct guidance within the app, a capability that was initially handled manually. **Results**: I contributed to the design and release of the app’s initial version, which included pre-defined features. Upon joining and assessing the current state of the product, conducting research, and planning the roadmap, we began enhancing the functionality to become more user-centric, which increased user interaction with the product. While the ultimate vision of an AI-enhanced product was in development, it had not been fully achieved during my involvement.
