Our client sought to establish a strong alliance management platform to facilitate efficient data sharing and tracking among various stakeholders in key business partnerships. **Challenges:** The initial minimum viable product (MVP) developed by a different team was plagued with multiple bugs, security flaws, and performance challenges. Additionally, the outdated technology stack and monolithic architecture limited scalability and maintenance. **Our Solution:** 1. **System Audit and Refactoring:** We performed a comprehensive audit to pinpoint and rectify bugs and security issues. Significant refactoring and reengineering efforts provided a solid foundation for the platform. 2. **Technology Stack Modernization:** The use of Meteor was not suitable for enterprise applications, so we gradually transitioned to modern technologies like GraphQL, React, and Node.js, which improved both performance and security. 3. **Performance Enhancements:** The introduction of GraphQL data loaders, MongoDB aggregations, and various optimizations led to better data retrieval and overall system efficiency. We also implemented automated quality assurance processes, including continuous regression testing, which reduced regression bugs from 20% to below 1%. 4. **Training and Team Expansion:** To fill the skill gap in Meteor.js, we organized a three-month boot camp, training and bringing on board four dedicated Meteor specialists. Consequently, our project team expanded from two to ten experts. 5. **ISO 27001 Certification:** To meet the security demands of our enterprise clients, we instituted rigorous security protocols and aligned our operations with ISO 27001 standards to ensure effective information security management. **Results:**

Custom Tour Booking CRM for Tour Agency

Shades Tours

Shades Tours provides unique experiences in Vienna that address important societal issues such as drug addiction, immigration, and homelessness. As their popularity increased, they recognized the need for a more streamlined booking system to accommodate the rising client demand. Challenges: The company was using a combination of Google Forms, Sheets, WhatsApp, Gmail, and Bookingkit to manage their bookings, which was a manual and cumbersome process, particularly for group tours. These existing tools were insufficient for handling multiple bookings at the same time and lacked an effective communication system with tour guides. Our Solution: Figma Prototype for Vision and Features: We started by creating a Figma prototype to outline the product vision and pinpoint features for accurate estimation. This prototype facilitated a clearer visualization of the final product and ensured it aligned with the client's expectations. Custom Web App Development: We created a customized web application that automated the tour booking process and improved customer communication. This app integrated with Bookingkit, addressing its limitation of not supporting multiple bookings for the same time slot by adding a custom module. Automated Communication: To enhance client communication, we developed an email generator that automatically dispatches tour information using standardized templates according to the tour type. This significantly minimized manual work and improved efficiency. Mobile App Prototype for Tour Guides: To better facilitate communication with tour guides, we designed a clickable Figma prototype for a mobile app that provides schedules, notifications for upcoming tours, and allows for collecting feedback from guides. Project Objectives: The main aim was to develop an AI-driven application to help medical scribes transcribe conversations between doctors and patients, minimizing the time spent on data entry while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Challenges: Doctors typically dedicate around 4.5 hours daily to electronic health records (EHR), which can lead to burnout and a decline in care quality. The current solutions were ineffective and didn't sufficiently address the needs of healthcare professionals. Our Approach: Figma Prototype for Vision and Features: We began by creating a Figma prototype to articulate the product vision and pinpoint essential features for precise estimation. This prototype allowed us to visualize the final product and ensure it aligned with the client's expectations. Proof of Concept (PoC): To assess feasibility, we built a PoC to transcribe doctor-patient conversations into text. This cross-platform mobile application recorded conversations and rapidly converted them into text format. AI and NLP Integration: By employing AI, natural language processing (NLP), and automatic speech recognition (ASR), we improved the app's capacity to accurately understand and interpret human language, thereby enhancing transcription precision. HIPAA Compliance: Given the sensitive nature of patient information, we instituted stringent security measures to adhere to HIPAA regulations, involving comprehensive security risk evaluations and strong data encryption. Multi-Tenant Architecture: The app was designed using a multi-tenant architecture to ensure data segregation among different users, effectively balancing cost efficiency with data security to prevent unauthorized access.
