Archicom is among the largest real estate developers in Poland, having completed over 150 projects in more than 30 years, which include residential and commercial buildings as well as hotels. By 2017, the company had sold over 1,400 commercial properties and provided more than 924 apartments to its clients. The challenge they faced was finding ways to facilitate information access for their clients and to automate their internal operations. To address this, they opted for a sophisticated solution by choosing Kentico EMS. Unity Group proposed the development of a client portal, known as the eCare panel or Client’s Panel, which enhanced after-sales support and aimed to provide the best customer service standards. Additionally, integrating Archicom’s systems allowed for the synchronization of the company’s CRM with the Client’s Panel. The introduction of an FAQ section led to a considerable decrease in frequently asked questions and reduced the need for direct communication between Archicom representatives and clients.

SIG is a global provider of insulation, roofing, and various construction materials. The Challenge: SIG Poland aimed to find methods to standardize and optimize its B2B customer service and contractor relationship processes. The solution needed to integrate seamlessly with SIG's current system architecture. Our Solution: Sig.pl is a bespoke B2B e-commerce platform developed with PHP and PostgreSQL. Designed specifically for the construction sector, it provides 24/7 access to product information and support, enabling the efficient operation of over 50 branches and several hundred sales representatives serving SIG clients in Poland. ERP integration was accomplished using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, facilitating data exchange between multiple applications, including PIM, sales and discount contracts, custom pricing, and stock availability in both warehouse and retail settings. This platform sets the groundwork for future enhancements in sales processes.
