Established in 2002, the Canadian International Pharmacy Association (CIPA) has dedicated the past 18 years to collaborating with regulators, pharmacists, doctors, patients, government officials, and consumer advocacy groups to continuously improve the operational standards of mail-order pharmacy websites, prioritizing both patient safety and cost savings. Unite Interactive was brought on board by CIPA to revamp the website’s user experience and interface. The redesign had to be effective on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, emphasizing a clean, straightforward design that centers on content rather than a flashy aesthetic. By implementing an intuitive layout, we created a user experience that allows for easy navigation and quick access to necessary information. The new CIPA website was developed with user personas in mind, highlighting essential user journeys and landing pages identified during the information architecture phase. It provides clear pathways and channels for users seeking to locate safe CIPA-approved pharmacies or verify certified pharmacy websites. Unite Interactive relaunched the CIPA brand as a contemporary, trustworthy, and “safe” option for patients seeking mail-order pharmacy connections, while maintaining a focus on patient safety and affordable access to prescription medications.

Additionally, we collaborated with MEDF to enhance their initial branding concept by complementing their digital strategy with print and video content to effectively communicate their story.
