Founded in 2014, Unionfab has become the leading one-stop platform for low-volume production in China. Its parent company, Uniontech3D, was established in 2000 and is a top manufacturer of industrial-grade 3D printing equipment in China, commanding 70% of the market in that sector. Unionfab aims to extend its high-quality 3D printing and CNC services from China to clients worldwide. The company operates three facilities in China, equipped with 400 industrial-grade 3D printers, and offers customized services such as SLS, SLA, SLM, DLP, PLA, CNC, Steel Sandblasted Matte, ABS, ULTEM, and Casting. Notable milestones include: in 2014, it became the first Chinese factory to utilize 3D printing for rapid casting; in 2015, it developed a digital management system to enhance order processing efficiency; in 2017, it launched an automated 3D printing production line that operates 300% faster than manual methods; in 2019, it built three advanced factories, incorporating 400 industrial-grade 3D printers and 200 CNC machine tools, all fully digitalized with a self-developed ERP/MES/APS system; and in 2021, it formed a strategic partnership with major materials manufacturers Evonik and BASF to research and develop high-performance materials for 3D printing.
