This includes handling employment contracts, payroll, registration with IMSS and INFONAVIT, tax withholding, and providing statutory benefits in line with Mexican Federal Labor Law. We have our own entities throughout Mexico, with offices located in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro, and Oaxaca. Each client is paired with a dedicated specialist who oversees their account from onboarding to ongoing payroll and HR management. We accommodate engagements of any size, from individual hires to large teams, covering a wide array of positions including creative, marketing, technical, engineering, and senior management roles.
