Building a chatbot for business travel

Private VIP Travel & Concierge Group

A central London-based Private VIP Travel Agency requested our assistance in developing a chatbot aimed at their returning customers to simplify flight bookings and selections. The chatbot gathered flight information, sent a request to the Global Distribution System (GDS) to obtain optimal flight connections, and then provided the clients with a list of options. Additionally, the chatbot generated booking requests in their CRM system to streamline the process and minimize user involvement.
