Laboratory Information System, Mobile and Web App
The project focused on creating a mobile application, website, and Laboratory Information System (LIS) for Precipio Diagnostics, a company specializing in hematology diagnostics. I led the development of a web-based LIS that incorporates AI, optimizing processes from sample accession to result reporting. Here’s what we accomplished:
- **Precipio App**:
- **Purpose**: Designed a mobile application for doctors and office personnel to handle patient reports, track report statuses, place supply orders, and manage support requests.
- **Features**: Included secure login, real-time report access, scheduling for sample pickups, streamlined supply ordering, and integrated support requests.
- **Precipio Website**:
- **Objective**: Created an online platform for convenient supply ordering and inventory management.
- **Features**: Featured a user-friendly online store, inventory monitoring, and secure payment options.
- **Precipio Lab Information System (LIS)**:
- **Objective**: Developed a comprehensive web-based LIS to promote effective sample processing and result reporting.
- **Features**: Provided end-to-end sample handling, customized data entry forms, technical workflows, automated report distribution, user alerts, a customer login portal, a powerful search engine, and data exchange interface integration.
- **AI Technology Integration**:
- **Innovation**: Incorporated AI to automate data entry, boosting efficiency and reducing errors.
