The primary obstacle was that the client lacked experience with this type of project, necessitating our involvement in all stages of planning, workflow management, and risk assessment. **Solution:** The Terry Soot Management Group assembled and trained local teams within a month. The structure established included: 25-30 local field operators per country, 2 field coordinators in each country, and 1 project manager. Training for all field operators was conducted through face-to-face sessions at key locations in each market, covering technical skills (usage of tools and data submission), compliance (adhering to client standards), and incident management (responding to unforeseen situations).
