The Myn Bala Olympiad is a nationwide initiative designed to support and nurture 5th and 6th graders in rural areas across the country. Each year, approximately 150,000 students participate, with 5,000 advancing to the finals and 1,000 ultimately being declared winners. To date, 445,000 students have joined the Olympiad, leading to 638 winners being admitted to schools for gifted students. The system features various modules, including: - registration/authorization - a testing module - notifications of test outcomes with attached certificates and diplomas - application submission for specialized schools - an administrative panel. Access to registration is determined by geographical regions. Once a participant successfully registers, they are automatically assigned a test based on their region, schedule, and grade level. Testing access is granted according to the established schedule, and participants take their tests on the designated date. Fourteen days after testing concludes, participants receive a notification of their results in their accounts, and a list of finalists and winners is compiled. Certificates and diplomas are automatically generated with essential information, including the participant's full name, document number, and date of issuance. An administrative panel has been created to view participant information, test results, generate tests, and maintain a question database, featuring a flexible role management system allowing specific access for different roles. Given that children in rural areas generally lack access to laptops but frequently have smartphones, designing the platform to display correctly on mobile devices was a key consideration. To ensure reliability and efficient load distribution, multiple virtual machines and a load balancer were set up. Load testing is conducted to verify the system's functionality.

QABILET is a system designed to assess the abilities and career orientation of schoolchildren, as well as to provide support services for gifted children. This project serves as a testing platform featuring unique methods for evaluating skills and offering career guidance. Since its launch in 2021, it has successfully engaged 230,000 children. The platform includes several modules: - user authorization/registration - testing module - notification system - consultations with school or center psychologists - career guidance assessments - an online job database - a training system - and an admin panel. The core of the project involves conducting tests to evaluate abilities based on the creator's methodology. After completing the test, participants receive an analysis based on four criteria: Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, and Critical Thinking. Participants also have the option to book a consultation with a psychologist, who will provide recommendations for skill development. Additionally, the system features career guidance tests that determine the individual's key interests and potential career paths. The admin panel allows for the management of participant information, test creation, question database maintenance, employee management, and consultation scheduling, all with a flexible role-setting system to control access. Parents can also access their child's test results, psychologist assessments, and recommendations. The project employs a client-server architecture, separating the frontend and backend components. Given that many children in rural areas lack laptops but have smartphones, a key consideration in the design was ensuring the platform is optimally displayed on mobile devices.
