Our client is a retail business. We connected their Salesforce and ERP systems to enable smooth synchronization of Account and Order information. By establishing rules based on the integrated data, we ensured that record ownership automatically adjusted, streamlining their workflow and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, we migrated their organization to the Person Account client model and set up matching rules to identify and merge duplicate client records, leading to improved data organization and fewer errors. This resulted in a substantial increase in the client's sales.

CLIENT'S KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

Salesforce Service Cloud Call Center Solution

Unknown

Our team effectively deployed a call center solution within Salesforce Service Cloud to meet the unique needs of the client. The solution features several important components aimed at enhancing customer support operations: 1) **Case Management**: Our Salesforce team tailored the Service Cloud's case management system to suit the client's support needs. This customization involved defining stages and processes for personalized support and adding specific data fields. The system allowed support agents to efficiently manage and monitor customer inquiries. 2) **Queue Management**: The call center solution established multiple queues to manage customer interactions across a variety of communication channels. This setup enabled support agents to effectively handle calls, emails (via e-mail-to-case), and web inquiries (via web-to-case) from a single platform. This approach promoted consistent and efficient support across different channels, thereby improving the customer experience. 3) **Case Routing with Salesforce Multi-Channel**: Utilizing Salesforce's multi-channel functionality, the team set up case routing based on the skills and availability of agents. This ensured that customer inquiries were assigned to the most appropriate support agent, enhancing response times and customer satisfaction. 4) **Process Automation**: Tailored workflows and automation were developed to align with the client’s specific business logic. This streamlined the support processes, minimized manual tasks, and heightened overall efficiency. Additionally, escalation rules were established for cases stuck at any stage, ensuring quick resolution. 5) **Integration with Call Control Application**: The call center solution was integrated with the pharmaceutical company’s call control application. This integration allowed for the identification and retrieval of relevant customer information based on incoming phone numbers, enabling agents to deliver personalized support with access to essential customer details.
