OUR STORY
Trimaran, a visual effects studio located near Paris's Porte de Vanves, was founded by Olivier Emery, a French-Swiss innovator in computer graphics. Olivier's artistic journey began as a guitarist and composer with the rock band 12°5 from 1978 to 1982. Driven by a passion for both art and technology, he pursued studies in architecture and computer science at the École d’Architecture de Paris-La Villette. This unique blend of disciplines inspired him to create pioneering software like Imagix3D, widely adopted by leading studios during the 1980s. Today, Trimaran specializes in crafting compelling visual effects, historical reconstructions with CGI animations, and imaginative fantasy and sci-fi worlds for feature films, series, and docu-dramas.
