Constant flow of new clients with META and Google
At the start of our partnership, our main goal was to significantly lower the cost of acquiring each customer, which would lead to an increase in website registrations and a better return on marketing investments. We accomplished this through a well-structured multichannel strategy that included advertising on Facebook and Google, along with email marketing. We optimized our ad budget distribution and utilized strategic remarketing, ensuring we engaged with users throughout their journey—from the initial interaction to scheduling consultations.
For Facebook ads, we experimented with various ideas, messages, and viewpoints. Our discussions covered both the advantages and features of the program, as well as the challenges it addresses for clients. We tested different formats like static banners, images of team members, video testimonials, and interviews with clients. We also developed scripts for advertising videos. Each component played its role, helping us pinpoint the ideal customer and directing the algorithm to display ads to the appropriate audience. We focused on users in Bulgaria, Europe, and the USA, which greatly widened our client base. The diverse range of Facebook ads continuously attracts potential clients, while our remarketing efforts encourage every website visitor to arrange a consultation.
Regarding Google ads, we recognized early on that weight loss and healthy eating were pertinent topics, with users actively searching for related keywords. We researched key phrases and crafted text-based search ads that saturated the funnel with users who were more informed in their search compared to the emotional audience on Facebook. In addition to our Facebook remarketing, we also incorporated YouTube and display ads on Google's partner network, creating the impression that the brand was omnipresent online. This strategy further enhanced our advertising efficiency and improved overall results.
