Our cybersecurity engineers possess master's degrees in Information Assurance and hold ISACA certifications for Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). We have collaborated with organizations such as NASA, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the Department of Defense, as well as supported numerous Prime and Sub Contractors within the DoD supply chain. OUR STORY
Totem Technologies emerged from its parent company, Haight Bey & Associates, founded by Aliahu Bey in 2015 after winning a significant U.S. Air Force contract from proposals written during challenging personal times. Facing hurdles such as an SBA protest and costly cybersecurity compliance demands for small businesses, Bey collaborated with cybersecurity expert Adam Austin to develop a cost-effective solution. This led to the creation of the Totem™ Cybersecurity Compliance Management Tool, designed specifically for small businesses facing complex Department of Defense standards. Despite early marketing struggles and the pandemic's impact, Totem pivoted to virtual services, expanding accessibility and scalability. Committed to long-term partnerships, Totem champions small business resilience and compliance with tailored solutions and an inclusive company culture.
