About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in 1997 by Robert and Dianne, Total Computer Technology (TCT) began with a simple mission: to make technology manageable and genuinely beneficial for business owners. From humble beginnings in a second bedroom, TCT has grown into a reputable IT partner with over 44 staff across five locations, serving clients in Sydney, Melbourne, and regional Australia. Their approach is grounded in trust, transparency, and consistent delivery, focusing on client outcomes rather than marketing flair. As an independent, vendor-neutral company, TCT offers honest advice and proactive IT support that minimizes disruptions and keeps businesses running smoothly. They prioritize clear communication, thorough documentation, and security, ensuring clients experience fewer escalations and downtime, all while fostering long-term partnerships built on confidence and clarity.
