The Challenge: Kelly Brogan MD, a prominent holistic psychiatry practice, encountered obstacles in scaling due to high manual expenses related to content production and customer support. They needed a solution to automate their marketing launches, email writing, and provide round-the-clock customer service without sacrificing the founder’s distinct brand voice or the quality of patient interactions for their numerous clients. Our Solution: Toolshed designed a scalable AI orchestration framework and a tailored Knowledge Base to revolutionize their operations: AI Agent Orchestration: We replaced an uncoordinated system with a powerful n8n framework, offering a scalable structure for complex agent logic and error management. Proprietary RAG Pipeline: We created a data ingestion system that integrates Google Workspace (including podcasts, transcripts, and articles) into a Weaviate Vector Database. This enables AI agents to access the doctor’s entire body of work to generate authentic marketing content. Automated Copywriting Agent: An LLM-driven agent now produces high-converting email sequences and marketing materials, significantly reducing the reliance on premium copywriters, which previously cost over $5,000 per month. Intelligent Customer Service: We developed a second AI agent that connects to GoHighLevel (GHL) via API, providing around-the-clock support by addressing common questions utilizing the proprietary knowledge base, ensuring prompt responses at scale. The Result: This implementation established a fully autonomous workflow that greatly reduced operational costs while allowing the practice to enhance its marketing efforts. By utilizing their unique data, we ensured the AI-powered system upheld the practice’s high standards and unique voice.

**The Challenge:** Vergo faced difficulties with disconnected financial data among various ERP systems in the construction sector. This disconnection hindered real-time decision-making and accurate revenue predictions, as the data was isolated without a centralized intelligence layer. **Our Solution:** Toolshed created a powerful financial management and forecasting platform specifically for construction companies: - **Unified Data Architecture:** We implemented a modular Domain-Driven Design (DDD) architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). An ETL pipeline using Airbyte and dbt was developed to merge disparate ERP data into a real-time BigQuery warehouse. - **AI-Powered Revenue Forecasting:** A regression-based Machine Learning model was designed to accurately predict monthly revenue.
