To achieve this, Lennox collaborated with Tonic3 to develop a centralized platform that enables facilities managers and building owners to monitor, control, and resolve maintenance issues, thereby enhancing the efficiency and cost management of their networks. **THE APPROACH** Adopting a user-centered design methodology is essential for effective UX, highlighting the importance of meeting end-users’ needs and involving them throughout the design process. Adhering to UX best practices, Lennox brought together a select group of key customers and internal stakeholders for several full-day sketching workshops, known as Design Studios. These sessions facilitated Tonic3 in identifying, prioritizing, and reaching a consensus on essential product requirements. This method significantly streamlined the requirements-gathering stage compared to conventional approaches that rely on "requirements documents." **BUILDING AND TESTING HIGH-FIDELITY CLICKABLE PROTOTYPES** Based on insights gathered during the Design Studio sessions, the Tonic3 team devoted the following two weeks to creating a low-fidelity prototype for user testing. After multiple rounds of iterative testing and design adjustments, Tonic3 developed a high-fidelity prototype that received positive feedback from users. Pizza Hut, LOYALTY PROGRAM UX

Tonic3 collaborated with the UX and Loyalty teams at Pizza Hut to create a strategic plan aimed at enhancing the loyalty program experience. The goal of this initiative was to provide users with a clear understanding of the program's structure, encouraging them to join Hut Rewards and engage actively as members. **THE APPROACH** **ANALYZE CHECKOUT FLOWS:** The project began with a thorough examination of competing checkout processes in relation to attracting new loyalty members. After several rounds of rapid design iterations, we partnered with the Pizza Hut research team to test a new checkout path against the current one. The results showed that the new flow decreased task completion time by approximately 40%, with all users favoring the new design. **THE RESULT** **IMPROVED LANDING PAGE:** Thanks to our partnership with Pizza Hut's UX and Loyalty teams, Tonic3 was able to create a new landing page that is currently live on the site, along with high-fidelity prototypes for 16 different checkout flow scenarios. Intuit ProConnect, Testing and Redesign of a Financial Analysis Application

Tonic3 collaborated with Intuit to completely redesign and migrate the website for their ProConnect Division to a new Content Management System. This project entailed creating an entirely new information architecture and navigation system, updating the content strategy, and reworking the visual design across more than 150 pages, all accomplished in under eight months. By engaging with Intuit stakeholders, we evaluated the Marketing Department's proposed information architecture and quickly pinpointed potential challenges. Within days, we began developing prototypes for key pages and navigation elements. Remote user testing for essential content organization and functionality commenced within two weeks. Over the next four months, we continued iterations and testing while working closely with the development team to maximize component reuse, which was crucial for meeting coding deadlines. As the desktop layouts were finalized, corresponding tablet and mobile layouts were also developed. The finished, fully-tested prototypes were subsequently passed to the development team for final coding in their CMS, Adobe Experience Manager.
