I am the Director of Marketing Strategy at AVE by Korman Communities, a luxury real estate brand with 14 locations across the United States. We provide a premium product that appeals to busy professionals throughout the country, but attracting these potential customers is challenging. While we didn't expect such sustained growth every year, we have continued to outperform expectations, achieving over a 1,000% increase in nearly all KPIs since we began working together.
