Ting’s journey began when three fresh graduates from MICA forged a friendship that would lead them into India’s advertising scene. A serendipitous roadside chat during a flat tyre incident birthed Ting, starting humbly with a second-hand PC and no clients in Chennai and Mumbai. Over more than a decade, Ting transformed from a 200 sq. ft. room into a robust family of over 500 team members with multiple offices, including international locations. Their growth included landmark achievements such as establishing various verticals, scoring major clients, and surviving challenges with resilience. Guided by servant leadership, integrity, empathy, ownership, and continuous learning, Ting fosters a collaborative culture focused on long-term success and meaningful connections.
