All servers are located in our secure, purpose-built data centers, compliant with ISO 27001 standards. We managed the transition to the new infrastructure and oversee all aspects of hardware and software management, data backups, restorations, and ongoing security for the council. Additionally, we provide a 24/7 monitoring and alert system to promptly identify and address potential issues. Nightly backups are conducted at the data center, with a secondary backup stored off-site to ensure the council staff's peace of mind. **Result** The hosting architecture we implemented offers server optimization, scalability, flexibility, rapid deployment, security, and high availability for Cork City Council. The achieved uptime of 99.999% surpasses the council’s requirements, ensuring that the servers can handle high traffic volumes during peak times.
