**Challenge** The gaming sector is one of the fastest-growing industries, generating billions in revenue. However, it's facing a downturn in profits due to piracy. Our client is committed to addressing this issue with their game protection and anti-piracy software. They approached us with a straightforward request: to assess the product’s performance across various hardware platforms and operating system versions. **Solution** As is typical at TestFort, our team started by reviewing the project documentation and gathering requirements. Once we had a comprehensive understanding of the tasks ahead, we initiated the testing process. Team members assigned to this project executed the tests following the guidelines, recorded any problems or inconsistencies in performance, and prepared detailed test reports for the client. Effective compatibility testing necessitates a varied array of devices; therefore, throughout different phases of the project, our team utilized between 150 and 180 devices running Windows 7, 8, 10, and Windows Server for testing. Managing such a large number of devices demands significant time and expertise, but our experienced QA team handled it adeptly, ensuring each testing task was completed punctually and thoroughly. **Result** Our team has been engaged in this project for over a year and a half, and it remains ongoing. Whenever the client implements changes to the product and seeks to confirm that it operates correctly across all required platforms, our team is ready to assist. The solution was designed to help doctors easily monitor patient medical histories, suggest appointments with other specialists in the hospital, and provide nurses with all necessary information to assist patients. Patients and their caregivers were given a user-friendly interface to check their appointments and prescription details. Consequently, every feature, user interface element, and interaction on the website had to be user-friendly, secure, and reliable. Since the system would be utilized by anyone interacting with the hospital, it was crucial for the client to make a strong initial impression, equipping both patients and doctors with the necessary tools for health management and service provision. At the time of the project, it was in the implementation phase, requiring our testing team to collaborate closely with the client’s internal developers to prepare for the initial release. Our responsibilities included testing the web clinic interface as well as the client and doctor administrative portals. Our testing team comprised four QA engineers. With limited documentation available, they began by performing exploratory testing and developing initial testing documents, which assisted the client in establishing a documentation process and streamlined their progress. After completing exploratory tests and documentation, the team moved on to test functionality, UI/UX, and localization. Throughout each phase, they delivered detailed reports, identifying critical functionality issues and providing suggestions for their resolution. As a result, the client is gradually enhancing their testing capabilities and planning to incorporate test automation engineers into their team to facilitate regression testing for future iterations of the telehealth project.

**CHALLENGE** The client approached us to assemble a dedicated team for quality assurance and testing of their new mobile application. Based in the US, the client is one of the largest online retailers globally, offering over 30,000 natural supplements and personal care products to millions of customers across more than 150 countries. As their numbers continue to rise daily, they needed their new mobile application to effectively support the company's rapid expansion. With plans for the app's release on web, iOS, and Android platforms, our team had to ensure that the new version delivered flawless functionality and an appealing, enjoyable experience across all target platforms, languages, and payment and shipping methods. **SOLUTION** TestFort assigned a dedicated QA and testing team knowledgeable in e-commerce solutions to the client. The team quickly integrated with the in-house developers using Jira for bug tracking and began tackling the tasks at hand. They conducted requirements analysis, created test designs, executed tests, and prepared defect reports. Our engineers carried out seven types of testing, including functional, regression, and usability testing, to identify and resolve issues in both the app's backend and frontend. We employed Dr. James Whittaker’s Exploratory Testing Tours technique, which enabled us to discover and fix critical bugs during exploratory testing. Additionally, we performed cross-platform and cross-browser testing to check for inconsistencies and utilized Charles Proxy for web debugging. **RESULT** We continue to prioritize the app's quality through proactive QA and testing efforts. Each iteration undergoes comprehensive QA reviews, as well as regression and various other types of testing. Our team diligently tracks and documents every error to ensure exceptional maintainability of the app's codebase, seamless performance, and a user-friendly experience.
