Harsh Divecha's professional evolution began within a global healthcare organization spanning 20 countries, where he initially managed daily intranet content. His role rapidly expanded to designing sophisticated business process automations, establishing detailed departmental permissions, and creating a digital infrastructure supporting over 850 users in a highly regulated setting. Harsh spearheaded a critical transition from on-premise servers to a secure, fully managed SaaS platform, a complex project especially within healthcare. Drawing from this extensive hands-on experience, he established Techspire IT in March 2025. The company's mission centers on guiding businesses through their "Digital Birth," facilitating the transformation from fragmented, manual operations to a cohesive, automated digital workplace.
