About the Team

OUR STORY

Electricity powers nearly every machine in our daily lives, and at the heart of this lies the wire harness—a crucial system that organizes and protects electrical wires. Acting as a machine's nervous system, the wire harness bundles wires using durable materials to ensure safety, durability, and efficient operation by preventing damage from heat, moisture, or vibration. Designing a harness involves careful analysis, schematic creation, prototyping, and testing to meet specific environmental demands. Comprising components like copper wires, connectors, terminals, insulation, and protective sheathings, these harnesses can be pre-made or custom-designed depending on the project's needs. Automation has revolutionized their manufacturing, enhancing precision and speed. For comprehensive, expert engineering and design services in this field, Technosoft Engineering stands as a trusted partner.

Portfolio

App to Control Laser Therapy system

Android Studio

**Business Challenges** 1) Technosoft was asked by the customer to design a mobile application for the Android platform that would enable control of a laser therapy device used to treat skin conditions in pets. 2) The customer specializes in a laser device that connects with mobile applications to receive treatment programs and various laser parameters, including power, energy, and frequency, for administering therapy to pets. 3) The solution requires secure connectivity between the tablet application and the laser device through a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connection. 4) Veterinarians can create and save treatment plans for specific pets, allowing them to reuse these therapies multiple times via the tablet application. 5) Additionally, the application needs a secure connection to a web interface system for retrieving updated programs, documents, and firmware upgrades. **Technosoft Solution** 1) An Android mobile app was developed that allows veterinarians to establish a Bluetooth connection between the app and the laser device. 2) The application features secure PIN-protected access for logging in and includes functionalities for creating or selecting clients, pets, and therapy programs. 3) Each selected session is organized into a therapy module, consolidating therapy details that are sent to the laser device for use with the chosen pet. 4) Veterinarians have the option to save their program sessions both locally on the device and on a cloud server, reducing the need to reconfigure parameters each time. 5) The application interacts with web service APIs to retrieve predefined programs for storage in the app. **Business Impact Delivered** 1) Ability to add or remove clients and pets. 2) Capability to create multiple pets for a single client. 3) Management of various therapies for pets. 4) Option to run a single therapy multiple times with session management and an optimized database. 5) Enhanced communication speed between the mobile application and the laser device.

Design and Development - Room Disinfection System

Room Disinfection System

**Business Challenges** 1) The client asked Technosoft to propose a cloud application that would interface with the Room Disinfection System (Device) to collect operational data and status codes to determine the cleaning status of the room. 2) The solution would necessitate the creation of a cloud web application that records Event Log Data from the connected devices, facilitates communication between the cloud and devices, and includes filtered data operations along with calculations and statistics. **Technosoft Solution** 1) Developed a Cloud Web Application that allows Administrators to log in and monitor the connected devices. 2) Application Administrators can visualize device operational data, access event log data, and perform operations to analyze specific data according to organizational needs. 3) Administrators can easily add devices by inputting their device IDs, gaining access to the device status and visibility of its operational data. 4) Capabilities for managing and authorizing multiple devices. **Business Impact Delivered** 1) Device provisioning through AWS IoT Core. 2) Integration of backend functions utilizing AWS Lambda, DynamoDB for the database, and API management. 3) Event log data and status tracking. 4) Graphical and tabular representation of event data. 5) Ability to add or remove devices. 6) Enhanced visibility on device data calculations.

Design and Development of a Lighting Control

Lighting Control & Schedule Application

**Business Challenges** 1) Establishing connectivity between the control board and communication board 2) Developing a cloud-based solution for remotely operating and monitoring signage lights 3) Implementing programming for switching and dimming lights according to the time of day and surrounding light conditions 4) Creating web and mobile applications for control and configuration, with varying levels of user permissions 5) Customizing dashboards, monitoring real-time data, and setting up threshold-based alarm triggers **Technosoft Solution** 1) Designing an energy-efficient low-power mode module using an STM32-based controller for the Control Board and a Communication Board utilizing an i.Mx6 microprocessor and Quectel 4G/LTE module 2) Designing and developing a board for Modbus connectivity to Microsoft Azure Cloud via LTE 3) Incorporating embedded AES-256/128 hardware encryption and implementing security measures for cloud internet connectivity and application modules 4) Developing web applications as well as iOS and Android mobile apps for remote monitoring, control, installation, diagnostics, and support **Business Impact Delivered** 1) Integrated controller and communication modules that enhance efficiency 2) Proprietary hardware and mobile applications, allowing for updates and adjustments based on customer requirements and improving brand identity 3) Simplified installation and configuration through the mobile app
