TeamLogicIT

**BACKGROUND** Introduce your business and your role. I serve as the COO of ATA Services, a government contracting firm focused on staffing. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What challenge were you addressing with TeamLogicIT? We needed assistance with our IT requirements since we lacked the resources to build an internal IT department. **SOLUTION** What services did they provide? TeamLogicIT offers a range of IT solutions for us. They primarily monitor our computers to ensure efficient operations, and when we encounter hardware or network issues, we reach out to them for troubleshooting. They also manage our remote backup system, refreshing it daily, and have trained some of our staff in using OneDrive for remote work. What is the team like? We’ve collaborated with a team of 3–5 individuals, including Jared (Owner & CEO), Victoria (Director of Client Solutions), and several technicians. How did the partnership begin? We discovered them through a Google search and interviewed two other firms, but TeamLogicIT seemed most equipped to provide customized solutions. How much have you spent on their services? Our investment has ranged from $10,000 to $15,000. What is the current status of your engagement? The project commenced in October 2020 and is still ongoing. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** What evidence demonstrates the impact of the collaboration? TeamLogicIT resolves our issues promptly and genuinely strives to assist our team by offering clear instructions. Their performance has surpassed that of our previous IT providers. How has TeamLogicIT handled project management? Their project management is outstanding; they clearly communicate deadlines and keep us regularly updated on their progress. They also follow up to confirm that our issues have been addressed, and we mainly communicate via email. What stands out about them? TeamLogicIT has been exceptional for us, taking the time to understand our needs and delivering effective solutions. Are there areas for improvement? I can’t think of any significant critiques regarding the team. Do you have any advice for potential customers? Be transparent about your operations and your expectations.
