OUR STORY
Jeff Weisling, the President and Founding Partner, began his journey in Wisconsin, earning a BFA in graphic design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Influenced by esteemed designer John Rieben, he launched his career in Chicago at High Sierra, a family-owned bag manufacturer. Over two decades, he advanced to Vice President of Visual Communications, honing skills in professionalism, collaboration, management, and mentorship. Later, at Randa Accessories, the world's largest men's accessories company, Jeff transformed a minor gifting segment into a vibrant seasonal success, gaining expertise in storytelling, packaging, retail presentation, and ideation. Inspired by these experiences, he founded Tandem Thinking, an agency dedicated to crafting and showcasing impactful ideas, blending insights from his entire career path.
