Dr. Tana M. Session is the founder and CEO of TanaMSession.com, a certified Women Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) with over three decades of experience in Human Resources. She focuses on cultural engineering, leadership development, and facilitated experiences. For the past ten years, Dr. Session has served as the leading HR executive for both domestic and international companies, spearheading numerous change initiatives and enhancing entire departments, including talent management, systems, and infrastructure.
