As a co-founder, I have worked hard to bring together over a decade of experience from each team member in the HR tech field, focusing on recruitment and product development, as well as incorporating automated solutions and a human touch. The name “Talan” comes from a Ukrainian word that signifies both talent and fortune, while “Do” translates to “for.” Together, they convey the idea of “talent for something,” symbolizing the actions we take with these talents, from inviting them to contribute to transformative products to fostering teamwork, enhancing their expertise, and allowing them to fully express themselves.
