Dr Sebagh - Magento Migration & Development

Dr Sebagh

**The Challenge** The client needed a website that would function as both a shopping platform for their luxury skincare line and a presentation site for their clinics in London and Paris. Before we began the project, they had a Magento 1 multi-language site (in English and Chinese) with one category extending to showcase their clinics. The client requested that we design a new website that would also feature a homepage for the clinics, necessitating the separation of the clinic and shop sections into two distinct websites that would use the same URL. **Key Aspects of the New Website** **Our Approach** We assigned a dedicated project and support team to collaborate with Dr. Sebagh, working closely with their directors and IT staff to gain a thorough understanding of their processes and workflows. Regular weekly meetings and communication through our issue management tool enabled us to effectively prioritize tasks, fulfill expectations, and stay aligned with the project's goals. **The Result** We successfully delivered a fast, visually appealing, reliable, and sturdy website tailored to the client's specifications. Now, there are two websites within one installation that share the same URL, featuring a store switcher at the front that utilizes cookies to direct customers to the appropriate site. The site is fully responsive across all devices, providing an exceptional user experience for customers worldwide.

**The Challenge** HBS Group needed a strong, dependable, and secure website capable of managing their sales volume and integrating with their business system. After taking over support from their previous development agency, our task was to replace, enhance, and optimize the current functionalities, including custom third-party and in-house modules. **Our Approach** We assigned a dedicated project and support team to HBS, collaborating closely with their directors and IT staff to grasp their processes and workflows. Regular weekly meetings with the client and communication through our issue management tool allowed us to efficiently prioritize tasks, meet expectations, and work towards the desired objectives. **The Result** We successfully delivered a fast, dependable, and robust website seamlessly integrated with their business and inventory management systems, along with comprehensive integration with various information management systems used by schools throughout the UK. **Key Projects** - Server Migration - Integrating with ESS SIMS - Importing Furniture Products - Custom Product Configuration - Purchases by Products by Category - Integrating Magento with Invoices from Access Dimensions - Refer and Earn extension - Various Upsell extensions - Custom Order Approval Solution
