Who is the client? Kali is the largest independent group in Israel for financial and pension arrangements. They assist individuals in managing financial issues related to retirement, savings, investments, and insurance by offering consulting services and ready-to-implement solutions. Kali’s goal was to provide their clients with a comprehensive analytical overview of their financial status, presented visually in a simple and intuitive manner for easy understanding. Our solution involved creating a Lightning component within the client’s customer community, featuring dynamic tables and dashboards, as well as the capability to export data to PDF or Excel. Essentially, we designed a user-friendly interface that allows Kali’s customers to access their financial information in the format they need. Client outcomes Now, Kali’s clients can independently access their financial analytics without needing to contact support, improving their user experience and saving the company time.

Who is the client? AppsFlyer is a SaaS platform that specializes in mobile marketing analytics and attribution, providing companies with tools to enhance customer lifetime engagement through advanced privacy-conscious measurement, analysis, fraud detection, and engagement technologies. The challenge AppsFlyer approached Synebo with was the need for a Partner Community. They sought to establish a tailored help center for their partners to easily access AppsFlyer articles and FAQs. Additionally, they required a registration process that could be triggered via links and managed within the Salesforce platform, as well as personalized user recommendations based on their interests and needs. Our solution The project was executed in two phases. The first phase focused on researching the optimal way to integrate the existing knowledge base with the new community, ensuring that both internal community articles and Zendesk content could be accessed seamlessly in the same search results, thus creating a smooth transition from the Salesforce environment to Zendesk. Defining this at the outset aided AppsFlyer in planning the community's design more effectively. In the second phase, we developed a community in line with AppsFlyer’s branding, utilizing both custom and standard solutions offered by Salesforce. We also established an invitation and registration process for members, allowing account managers to approve each member, ensuring they received the most relevant information via the built-in article tagging system. The custom panel provided a comprehensive view of all community members and enabled the admin to adjust members' permissions directly from the community interface. The result AppsFlyer successfully integrated its existing Zendesk Help Center with a newly created custom community, establishing a robust tagging system that allows community members to engage with the most pertinent information, along with a streamlined registration process for partners that admin controls entirely within the platform.

Cooby is an innovative platform aimed at transforming the way sales professionals engage with potential clients on WhatsApp. With its flagship offering, the Cooby Chrome Extension, users can finally achieve essential visibility into their interactions with prospects. This groundbreaking, data-driven platform is a first of its kind, harmonizing WhatsApp with Salesforce and other productivity tools for efficient lead management. The challenge The Cooby team aimed to develop a state-of-the-art Salesforce integration that would assist sales representatives in managing their leads through WhatsApp. Their primary objective was to streamline the sales process by removing the necessity of toggling between WhatsApp and Salesforce for CRM tasks. They focused on synchronizing Contacts, Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities between Salesforce and the extension, enabling users to easily connect WhatsApp conversations to Salesforce records. Our solution Here are several impressive achievements the Synebo team accomplished in managing the Cooby integration: - Created an elegant user interface that allowed users to conveniently view WhatsApp chats and dialogues directly within their CRM. - Developed an API that lets users search for leads in their CRM by using phone numbers from WhatsApp. - Built an API that simplifies the updating of contact details in Salesforce through WhatsApp, including the ability to link WhatsApp conversations to Salesforce records with just a few clicks. This was achieved using the LWC framework and Apex, resulting in a smooth and user-friendly experience.
