Food Ordering Platform

Unknown

Recently, our team collaborated with a client who operated a food ordering platform primarily for employees, with one meal donated to Africa for each order as a charitable contribution. Since its launch, the platform had been serving over 80,000 customers monthly, but it required modernization due to outdated features and an old framework version. Our goal was to update the platform with contemporary front-end technologies and participate in the web app redesign process. The client needed a swift front-end refresh and lacked the internal resources for this project, seeking team members who could effectively communicate with an international design and management team. We brought on board two frontend developers to work within their dedicated Scrum team responsible for the redesign. Collaborating with a UX/UI specialist, we examined all aspects of the project, conducted A/B testing, and chose and implemented the optimal solutions. We also upgraded the Angular framework to version 10, which significantly enhanced the application's loading speed. We improved the testing protocols, achieving 85% coverage with unit tests, which minimized the time required for validation and manual testing. As a result, we successfully met all deadlines and client requirements, while also identifying and resolving additional issues that weren’t immediately obvious. The optimized loading speeds led to improved order conversion rates, and the enhancements in front-end performance, loading times, and smoother screen interactions all contributed to greater end-user satisfaction. Additionally, the client secured a $70 million investment round thanks to the revamped service. If you’re experiencing similar challenges with your web development project, consider partnering with our team for access to skilled developers and a flexible, cost-effective approach.

Online Travel Booking Web App

Unknown

The client's project involved creating an online booking platform for premium travel experiences, facilitating hotel reservations and event ticket purchases for a large European clientele. The aim was to revamp the outdated codebase and provide the client with a skilled development team that was hard to find elsewhere. The project encountered several challenges, such as the absence of A/B testing for UI/UX enhancements, subpar UI/UX that affected conversion rates, an outdated Angular version close to expiration, a lengthy booking process exceeding three minutes, and a limited selection of payment options, all of which hampered conversions. The client sought our assistance to quickly bolster their team with experienced professionals. Our front-end specialists focused on enhancing the UX/UI, implementing A/B testing to assess the effects of modifications on key performance indicators, and developing a comprehensive plan to transition the website from Angular to React, which offered a faster and more efficient user interface with reduced code. We also introduced additional payment options to streamline the payment process. As a result of our contributions, the team gained experienced developers, A/B testing was integrated for future updates, the event ticket booking section was migrated to React, the booking process was considerably reduced in duration, and conversion rates rose by up to 10%, ultimately increasing the company's revenue. Additionally, the product owner noted improvements in team interaction and communication following our team's integration, likely due to the careful alignment of our team members with the project and industry. Technologies employed for this project included PHP for the backend and React and Next.js for the frontend. If you require experienced developers for your web development initiatives, consider partnering with our team.
