Led by CEO Tanmay, a versatile leader with extensive international experience, the team combines diverse talents like Gauresh, an award-winning Fine Art graduate, Siddhesh, who embraces new design trends alongside his passions for food and fitness, and Yati, a photographer-turned-designer known for innovative creativity. Synapse views good design as more than aesthetics, blending strategy, artistry, and charm to effectively solve communication challenges for top global brands.

Reliance Spectrum 8.0

Reliance India Limited

At Synapse, we had the chance to partner with Reliance Industries Limited for their annual Learning and Skill Development event, Reliance Spectrum 8.0. Our goal was to create a strong brand presence across various social media platforms. Even though we had a tight timeframe of only three weeks, we welcomed the challenge. Working under high pressure required quick decision-making and efficient coordination. Our flexible project management approach enabled us to promote rapid iterations and collaborative brainstorming, resulting in fresh and innovative ideas. We focused our strategy on engaging content that highlighted various learning formats, such as symposia, simulations, micro-learning segments, quizzes, and hackathons. We customized visually striking content for each platform, producing engaging videos and graphics to convey essential messages. We launched interactive campaigns involving quizzes, challenges, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, utilizing event-specific hashtags to share learning experiences. The outcomes were impressive: over 19,000 learners participated in the sessions, the portal garnered more than 25,000 visits, and we achieved a remarkable rating of 4.3 out of 5. Furthermore, more than 200 leaders were actively involved in the event. Our live event coverage and social media management significantly enhanced Reliance Spectrum 8.0's digital presence, generating excitement and engagement among employees.

Reliance – Social Media Campaign for TUP 8.0

Reliance Industries Limited

Reliance Industries Limited reached out to us to develop a vibrant social media campaign for The Ultimate Pitch (TUP 8.0), their acclaimed B-School competition that honors innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. The challenge was to engage students and encourage their involvement, maintain consistent promotion across diverse social media platforms, and produce visually appealing and engaging content. We devised a detailed social media strategy that incorporated user-generated content and eye-catching visuals to create a compelling narrative around TUP 8.0. Our strategy included interactive content formats such as videos, graphics, and student testimonials, ensuring a cohesive message across all channels. The campaign successfully boosted student engagement and participation, enhanced brand visibility, and increased enthusiasm and anticipation for the event. Ultimately, our efforts elevated TUP 8.0 as an exciting and prestigious opportunity for B-School students, exceeding the expected outcomes.

Mahindra – CoC Policy Document Redesign

The Mahindra Group

We have had the opportunity to collaborate with Mahindra & Mahindra on a variety of exciting initiatives. One notable project involved revamping their Code of Conduct (CoC) to make it more engaging and relatable for their workforce. The challenge was to transform a typically bland and often neglected document into something employees would find enjoyable to read. To achieve this, we introduced a football theme, capitalizing on the sport's strong ties to the company’s heritage. This creative strategy enabled us to draw connections between ethical violations and fouls or penalties, making the content more relevant and easier to grasp. We integrated visually appealing football-themed elements throughout the document and created communication materials such as emails, posters, and videos to support the theme. As a result, there was a significant increase in readership and a better understanding of the CoC among employees. Our efforts also contributed to enhancing Mahindra & Mahindra’s reputation as an innovative and approachable organization. By cleverly merging football with ethical conduct, we transformed the CoC into an effective communication tool that was both enjoyable and impactful.
